In Italy, teachers and students from 6 different European countries met each other and formed a network in order to promote European cooperation for educational purposes. The main goal was to understand the importance of life skills that will help students in their future working careers. But apart from that, students had a unique opportunity to understand the diversity of European cultures who attended the Erasmus+ meeting.

All countries had to present their students and their schools to the rest the countries. In addition to that each school introduced some traditional local jobs from each country. It was a magnificent experience for both students and teachers who travelled through the presentations to Austria, Spain,  Portugal, Greece and Cyprus. Students had the opportunity to understand the way other educational systems work, and notice some differences between theirs and the other countries. Also, students and teachers made a lot of new friends from different parts of Europe.

The trip to Massa included activities and trips to many magnificent places such as Pisa, where everyone was thrilled by the famous Pisa tower, Lucca which is also called “the little Florence” and of course the Massa region. Representatives from the Region of Massa and Carrara invited the Erasmus+ group in order to welcome them and offered also a tour guide so that the guests would get familiar with the famous Toscanian architecture.

For a week 6 countries cooperated, worked, had fun and planned the Project activities. The next meeting in Cyprus will take place February 26 – March 2.
